Copy link. Nice workplace with fun entertainment periodically. Productive work with challenging task, learned new systems and created reports to assist in handling of work. Worked closely with internal teams and clients. The atmosphere is not welcoming and the upper management semingly oblivious to the high turnover rate and are not implementing any contingencies to retain employees. Productive and competitive work environment. Work life balance.

Summer Picnic and Holiday Party. Employees feel exhausted, over worked and under paid. Care to share? Help people considering your employer. Share your experience. Ok place to work. Compensation and merit increases are not that great for the work that they expect you to put in. Knipper could be a great company to work with only if they were giving better compensation for some departments. Their merit increases does not match the cost of living increases.

Some upper management walk Desoto Management Company and monitor the staff like they are running a school. Free coffee, Work from Home 1 day a week. Low compensation, Low merit increases. It was a great work experience. The work was challenging and the people are wonderful.

Knipper And Company the compensation was better I would have never left. The work made you use your mind, constantly busy during recon time. Easy going, I absolute loved working for my previous job. They relocated to south NJ. Therefore I Knipper And Company drive hours going and coming back from my home.

Near my house. Fa from house. We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best! I got this job through a staffing agency. We had to call doctor offices from a provided list to push drug samples before the generic brand came out. You were also expected Xest Vitamin Company make a specific of calls a day depending on the given list. I left before the contract was over, but if I was to stay and the company asks you to become permanent, you get a nice raise and are no longer through the staffing agency.

Boring, awful location. Yes 1 No. Had the opportunity to meet many great people here, however the organization did lack organization and cooperation at times.

Couldn't help but feel as though management was too busy to be bothered. Yes 3 No. I enjoyed working at J Knipper but I had to resign because of transportation issues. If they were to move with the Philadelphia area, I would reapply to work there again. Yes 1 No 1. Working in J. Knipper is a so so experience for me, as it is not apermanent job. The coworkers are supportive and my managers are also everyday basis as well as during overtime.

They provided me training, required for the job time to time. Yes 2 No. In my position, I have flexible hours and independent work. Management communicates via emails to the force, but some instructions can be a bit confusing.

Busy and stressful when it comes to managing projects. Everyone works well and has good relationships with one another. Could manage the use of interns and their potential better. These senior members held high levels at Knipper. They brought chaos to order. The compensation is fair for the demographic area. The managers do well with what they have to offer. The on-boarding process needs much work, especially in relation to temporary employees transferring to full-time employees.

The culture for the workplace is a team oriented culture with a focus on safety. Typical day was very fast paced, consisting of Knipper And Company and validating data reports for errors on an hourly basis. Job is very mundane once you are used to it. Weekly pay is good, but no benefits and poor management. Weekly pay. No benefits, management is poor. They pay isn't great and HR is awful. I will say that my management was phenomenal. They had an open door policy and often included everyone in activities such as Customer Service Week.

I would just sit at a desk in an office and print out the labels that the warehouse would need. No problems at all with Management.

It regarded working with sample medications for doctor's offices. Job is kind of uptight, but relaxed in some ways.

Independent working station, two monitors on your desk which helps with the work load. Not a lot of ethnic people working there, but they have a gym and cafeteria. Saw some permanent people leaving. A lady was there for a year temp. Over Knipper And Company you enjoy being a help to your customers. Gym Free membership if supervisor ever gives you your pass, i never got mine was there for 5 monthsCafeteria, Keurig, pleasnat if you make it.

Calls are monitored, favortism. Depending on what building or job title you have, it's a decent place of work. No room for advancement and the raises are inadequate. The management in the KDC building is great. The newest president of the company lacks human decency.
