Management was really lax, so it really came down to you. Workplace culture was the awesome, plenty of creative out the box people. Management and talent development was not a big area of focus and it did created some confusion and frustration among staff. The company is a fun place to work for and there are a lot of perks. Loyalty is expected of employees including company promotion outside of work and taking on off the cuff projects. Overall, if you "fit" the culture, are able to develop new skills on the job and identify departmental goals, then I would recommend it. Fun place to work.
