Great company with good co workers. Had to work out of town a lot but it got me experience to advance to a better job. Hard working and very nice group of people. This was a very strenuous and physical job, however, I really enjoyed learning the entire process of blasting, flagging and making a road. Working outside. The weather can be brutal but the work still has to be done.

The Hardest part about my job is the fact that I can't go to the bathroom when I need to, i have to wait to get relieved and sometimes that doesn't happen very often. Another hard part about my job is that I stand there in one spot for 12 hours with limited breaks in the heat and the cold.
